Skiddle's venue was safe. It had water for patrons, but also was built to profit off drunk patrons. The line to get in was 2 hours long. Ridiculous wait time - arguably to prevent crowd issues but still ridiculous. Venue was clean. I felt thankful for the workers, who did a great job keeping the area efficient.

Gave me 10 mins grace to purchase tickets but wouldn’t let me type in card number. Had to try 3 times. Had to come out and start again, other than that easy enough site to use

Hey there, Thanks for leaving a review, In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended. This is done by the event organiser and not Skiddle. Skiddle are unable to release your tickets to you any sooner than the date and time stated under your order. Please check when your ticket(s) can be downloaded. This can be up to 1 day before the event. To check this, visit the 'tickets' tab on the app and click on your event. Alternatively, visit your order history on the Skiddle web page. AH Skiddle Customer Support

I usually think its good, but I was in a queue for pre order tickets, at a cost of £44. I had 2 in my basket then signed in and they had gone. all the opre odfers had sold in one minute and I ended up paying £52. Very annoying.

When attempting to secure early bird tickets when an event first goes on sale, we always suggest logging in before you join the queue to make the booking process as seamless as possible. However, as you logged in and refreshed the page, we couldn't transfer the tickets in your guest account's basket to your Skiddle account's basket. My daughter has been to many under 18's bounce and was disappointed with the Christmas one at the federation brewery as Andy Whitby and tazo weren't there and also the venue had a poor turnout compared to past experiences,the atmosphere wasn't the same.

I tried to book a ticket for a music event and when I went to 'book tickets' the option wasn't there at all on the screen. I'd rejected cookies and when i went to another machine it let me book, so it might have been the cookie rejection that prevented it .

Everything seemed to be working fine until I got to the payment section, despite there being three options the only one you could click on that actually worked was to put in my card details, I would rather have paid by PayPal but I did so as I really want to see the band

Very simple and easy to use, but 3 minutes after pre-sale opened only had the more expensive pre-sale phase 3 tickets available, so I bought them thinking they were selling out. Look 4 hours later and the cheaper phase 1 tickets are still available and phase 2 sold out which means phase 1 wasn’t an option for those people. Not great to overcharge those people who made an effort to get their tickets early by limiting which ticket they can buy

Charging £1 50 for each ticket is not on I have booked 8 tickets! Plus wanted paper tickets as they got different people and I am performing in the concert myself so paper tickets would be easier! You have to download a bloody app or print them as I don't have a printer that's another problem so not happy! Didn't realise this until I had paid for them!

Hi Patricia, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Skiddle is a self-service ticketing platform for event orgnsiers to list and sell their tickets. The event organisers must opt into what delivery methods they want for their events, so if the posted ticket option was not clear upon checkout, the event organisers would not have wanted that to be available for their event. You do not have to print the PDF versions of the tickets from the email confirmation, you can download them and then text/email the barcodes to the members attending the event with you. It was great to be back and see familar faces , with flippers closed down and the skate rink in westbromw also closed, roller jam has the chance too be the best in the UK . Skaters in Birmingham have nowhere to skate which has decernt flooring and music, on that note the flooring in both rooms needs to fixing. Skate love in barca used a simliar flooring but only difference to roller jam , it was well smoother & and that a temp flooring build for a few days. Its nice to see the venue is being ran as a skate venue rather than a night club, wheather its a change in management but its a a good look. Keep pushing the acdamy classes , keep doing deals and works loike ZAK are key to a future success

Only wanted 5 tickets but wouldn't let me check out due to 1 seat been left on its own. Had to buy the last seat as it was the only way to check out. It's a waste of money and doubt I'll book again unless it's changed
