Had to input my payment details 4 times. PayPal and Apple Pay both did not work despite being listed as payment options, and upon realising this was forced to re-enter ALL of my payment details 4 extra times. Outside of payment process, the service is good.

It was so stressful you text me a reserved link that said expired when I clicked it the first time, then you said tickets available but everytime I selected quantity and confirmed I wasn’t a robot within seconds they were gone, this consumed my whole day and gave me a migraine

Basic website, emailed tickets yet charged £5.25 in booking fees!

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The tickets were advertised at £10.00 each for advanced booking,plus a booking fee. Why then was I charged £45.75 for 4 tickets ? A booking fee per ticket is daylight robbery.

Hi there, Thank you for leaving a review. Booking fees are charged simply because we pay the full face value of your ticket back to the event organiser. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. This includes overheads such as debit/credit card processing fees, VAT, customer services, call handling, account management, administration, website development, secure server costs and profit. I still haven't managed to get the tickets as we don't print And I'm still trying to download to my phone Instructions go round in a circle Very annoying and frustrating Why don't you give customers like me at 80 a choice of receiving a TICKET

Hi Andy, Thank you for your feedback. There are many different ways in which you are able to access your tickets. You can have them as a PDF, you don't need the app. You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. IJ Skiddle Customer Support Team

Tried 5 times to make payment, in the end my Bank would not let me continue, as i had tried so many times. Eventually made it the next day. Tried thru Paypal, then with me in putting my card details.

Please explain... There is a waiting list for the event for which I have 3 tickets... Sadly due to work commitments I can't go... Someone could us them... For face value ideally but better to give them away than people who want to go can't?! Senseless !! Not like you can contact anyone?!!!!! Won't use again.

Re:Sell is an opt-in service which we provide to event promoters to use once the event has sold out and if the event organiser has opted in to use this feature. You are unable to list your tickets on Re:Sell due to both of these criteria not being met. I'd best advise passing on your unwanted ticket(s) to someone else to ensure that you don't lose out on the money spent. Once you've found someone to take the unwanted ticket off your hands then head to www.skiddle.com\orders to update the details. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Hello Lee, Thank you for getting in touch. Skiddle offer a range of ticket delivery methods to event organisers, including the option of physical posted tickets. However, it is event organisers that ultimately decide which ticket delivery method they select. If you download the PDF ticket from your email confirmation you could use this as a memento. Hi Thomas, Thank you for your feedback. We only ask for these details if you're buying tickets. We mainly ask for your address so we can verify the card details used to place the order, dispatch physical ticket stock (for the events that do have this) and deter fraudulent orders. From time to time, we may use the address provided to recommend nearby events, regional newsletters (delivered via email) and to personalise your Skiddle content based on your location so you do not receive irrelevant content. To update your postcode to receive info relevant to your area, please click here. As we mostly sell over 18s products, we do need to verify age. We do also use the info internally for demographics. As for your mobile number, we will only use this to send you SMS confirmations and get in touch with you if there are any updates to your order or event. MK Skiddle Customer Support Team

Can't say much about buying tickets here, one minute it's saying that not all tickets sold out yet so you can't re sell them Next it tells you that tickets you are wanting to re sell are not on sale and they aren't eligible for reselling UNBELIEVABLE, NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL

Not great, ended up paying for cancellation insurance as when scrolling down the page it checked the box. My fault for not double checking I guess but annoying as I was rushing to get it done before I had to start again if not booked within x minutes
