I wanted to book tickets for a Coventry gig today the 5 October. But had to go to log in then could not find gig for two days as reailto has changed owners finally found it yesterday after a friend dent me link . Ian Richardson

Disappointed to be charged extra to get the ticket via an app which I need to download only to have access to a printable version on the email. What's wrong with just sending the QR code via the email. What a joke!

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. You are charged 50p-£1.50 per order for your RapidScan E-ticket. This covers the overheads incurred by dispatching the order or providing the scanning technology used to produce and validate your ticket quickly and efficiently at the event. There are two ways of accessing your tickets. You can download the app, where ther barcodes of your tickets will automatically show, or you can download your tickets as PDFs from your confirmation email. You do not have to print the PDFs. As long as you barcodes are fully visible to be scanned, you will be granted entry. LB Skiddle Customer Support

Billed me before I had the tickets. Had to buy them again and it went through. Yes it was refunded later but it was an inconvenience being £120 down that day.

Arrived at 12 expecting monster truck show and found fun fair No times for the show on the website so you don’t know what to expect We found 2 pm 20 min bike show 4 pm 15 min monster truck show ( 1 truck )

I dont like sites where I have to download 'yet another' app to access my tickets. I used skiddle because it was required for the tickets i wanted. It is no more better or worse than any other middleman site. I was eventually able to download PDF tickets, so that's why i gave it a 3 star instead of 1 star

Booking fee and handling fee is a bit much. Other than that no issues.

Not the easiest or clearest shopping experience, I couldn’t see how to remove the cost for the SMS confirmation I didn’t need. Didn’t feel transparent and cost me extra as a result.

Why would you want a review of me buying a ticket online from a company I didn't choose? Not happy with the extra fees including money for a digital ticket when that's what I'm already paying for.

It was ok but having to wait for two weeks to download the tickets does not inspire me with confidence, I have had to write a note on my calendar to do it! Not sure why they can't be made available as soon as the booking has been made!

First time buying from skiddle and although the process was easy enough. Tickets weren’t meant to be on general sale until 5pm?? I was notified by a friend they were on sale well before that time which meant only the final tier were tickets were available by the time I got them. Hardly fair.

The bands I saw were mostly very good, with one average and one poor but good fun. I pre booked parking at £12, a complete rip off to park in a field, I’ve been to numerous events at this venue and never paid for booking, not blaming the venue at all as this was a private event. Drink prices a joke, £6 for a can of beer/cider which come out of a multipack bought from wholesalers, a bottle of spirits over a £100, be surprised if they sold any 😂😡, the small bar selling drinks on draught was £8 a pint. And they run out of some drinks quite early, very young staff with no one appearing to supervise them. Food prices were quite dear but on a par with other events of the like, £5 ft or chips etc. The VIP area was embarrassing, twice as much for tickets and all you got was a fence in between the main area with the proper toilets which are always there anyway, very poor view of the stage. Would I go again ? Yes if there was no parking charge and a proper bar selling draught drinks at a more realistic price, but I still had a good day because of the bands.
