All other booking platforms hold your ticket choice for a couple of minutes once you have clicked the buy button and added them to the basket. Having queued from the second the booking line opened, I selected the first avaliabke tickets (Third release) and clicked to buy them, I received a message saying they were no longer avalaible, I then added the fourth release and the same thing happened, and the same for the fith release. In the end I had to buy the sixth release, I found the process to be stressful and unfair.

The ticket price went from the cheapest to most expensive within 10 minutes. The 2nd 3rd 4th and 5th release had currently not available - not sold out! I feel very annoyed that charged higher price when the other tickets were not even in the system. Should be reported somewhere as a scam

The button to accept the safety rules for the event wasn't showing even after reloading. I had to download the app on a different phone

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Ticket don’t arrive and payment not out through on card promptly. So I booked again thinking that not taken properly. Received tickets but now find original booking in junk. Cannot cancel as option not available if £2 insurance not taken.

Due to this, ticket prices are subject to change as agreed upon purchase. Hi, Remind Me gives your customers the opportunity to receive a reminder via email and/or text message at 8pm the evening before and/or 1 hour before your tickets go on sale - making it virtually impossible for customers to miss out on your event on sale! I only wanted to buy some tickets for a gig not give you all my personal data. I realise you're grabbing my data and despite rejecting the mailing list of offers, no doubt I'll be overloaded with junk.

Hey Stephen, Thanks for your feedback, We mainly ask for your address so we can verify the card details used to place the order, dispatch physical ticket stock (for the events that do have this) and deter fraudulent orders. From time to time, we may use the address provided to recommend nearby events, regional newsletters (delivered via email) and to personalise your Skiddle content based on your location so you do not receive irrelevant content. To update your postcode to receive info relevant to your area, please click here. As we mostly sell over 18s products, we do need to verify age. We do also use the info internally for demographics. As for your mobile number, we will only use this to send you SMS confirmations and get in touch with you if there are any updates to your order or event. Don’t worry though, your details are protected by our Privacy Policy so we won't sell your details to any third parties. I hope this helps explain, AH Skiddle Customer Support

....it's no point putting up on your site that 'tickets are selling fast' if you can't actually access your page to buy any, and then two tickets requested and i'm told 'not available'.... but you're still selling them....apparently....🤷‍♀️....sorry...i don't get it....
