Shy do you say ‘join wait list , we have your back ‘ when there is no waiting list . I know because I tried to sell my ticket and was told off skiddle i couldn’t .. false advertising.. really bad for a business thats pretending to be honest

Hi there, Thank you for leaving a review. Skiddle is a self-service platform where event organisers list and sell tickets. Never received tickets despite booking and paying in July for a December gig. Eventually found my order and supposed to have sent replacements again never arrived. Online support does not function- it’s just a bot. Resorted to credit card chargeback to get my money. All the more disgusting with all the happy clappy touchy feely nonsense on the website, run by fans for fans etc. just one more ticket rip off merchant. I’ll stick to Ticketmaster in future, at least they don’t pretend to be anything else.

Why can't I be emailed a picture of a ticket/barcode instead of having to download & install the app or download a pdf that doesn't open? Over complicated.

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. I feel like this ticket website completely mislead me on the price of the tickets, I was lead to believe i had paid £70 for my tickets to then find out in very small print once booked that infact the tickets were alot more stated and there would be a payment plan set up to pay for the remaining fee, The price of these tickets were NOT clearly stated, Why does it not state the actual price of the tickets in stead of a break down??

Hey there, Thanks for leaving a review, When you check out our website clearly states that this is a payment plan. As shown in your screenshot, the ticket type you selected is called General Admission Standing- Payment Plan Despoit with a description underneath about the structure of the plan. Moreover, this is underneath the 'Payment Plan' section, this makes it as clear as possible that you are buying a payment plan ticket. Additionally, when purchasing your tickets you agree to the terms and conditions of your payment plan which displays the breakdown in costs associated with your booking. The only discrepancy between the amount shown on our website and your order total is the Refund Protection fee which you opted in to purchase and added to your order. I don't understand why I should give my personal details like address and contact numbers as well as my email to get a single ticket. Why is that necessary?

Hey Olivia, We mainly ask for your address so we can verify the card details used to place the order, dispatch physical ticket stock (for the events that do have this) and deter fraudulent orders. From time to time, we may use the address provided to recommend nearby events, regional newsletters (delivered via email) and to personalise your Skiddle content based on your location so you do not receive irrelevant content. As we mostly sell over 18s products, we do need to verify age. We do also use the info internally for demographics. As for your mobile number, we will only use this to send you SMS confirmations and get in touch with you if there are any updates to your order or event. Don’t worry though, your details are protected by our Privacy Policy so we won't sell your details to any third parties. Have a great time at the event! AH Skiddle Customer Support Team

Poor customer service. Booked to go ice skating pre booked the day off work event was cancelled 1 week before. Received an email stating refund would be automatic but 2 weeks later still no refund waste of a day off no further contact explaining the delay either.

Booked vip tickets for Beenie Man (stupidly) The concert got postponed 🙄 with supposedly a rescheduled date by the 1/12/24 which didn’t happen. Until there is any update you can’t get a refund 🤔Think twice with certain artists is my advice
