“Booking was straightforward, disappointed the process to download wouldn't work as it wouldn't accept my card number which I use for paypal. Also don't seem to be able to transfer individual tickets to my guests-what happens if I am unable to attend on the night or we can't travel together? other sites more straightforward in these respects”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. Our review platform is for leaving a review of your experience rather than stating queries. In order to assist you with a specific query, please contact customer support directly with your order details. We are available via phone, email and chat bot (help.skiddle.com). “Easy to use and quick. But there is alot of bad reviews so if your event is cancelled looks difficult to get your money back.”

“Very easy to book and arrange payment plan but I wanted to pay the payments off early and it doesn’t seem to allow me to do that.”

“I found the ticket booking procedure fairly straightforward. However my first attempt using an American Express card proved problematic. Having gone through the whole procedure and checked out to buy the tickets it then buffered and hung. This carried on until the time out ran out and the transaction was not completed. I presume this was because the site does not accept American Express. I used another credit card and the transaction was swift and successful.”
