I logged on at 8.55 to purchase my tickets which went on sale at 9am. Refreshed dead on 9, only to be told I was 1511 in the queue. Within 15mins, it was 4th round tickets £40 more than the early 1st round tickets. Disappointed for 2 tickets I had to spend an extra 40 quid. Make it make sense.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Skiddle is a self-service platform and the event organisers determine the ticket pricing structure themselves. Due to this, ticket prices are subject to change as agreed upon purchase. As a collector of gig tickets it disappoints me that you are no longer sent a physical ticket. Why the high cost of booking fees now?

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. Was forced into paying for the tickets in 3 instalments, would have preferred to have had a choice of options.

I struggled a bit.wanted to pay by PayPal.but wasn't sure it asking my details about mortgage rental etc.how much I pay. That's private not felt right.

A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. This includes overheads such as debit/credit card processing fees, VAT, customer services, call handling, account management, administration, website development, secure server costs and profit. LOVE the alternative to TicketMaster which I would give zero stars to. I didn't find it that intuitive and It asks for a lot of personal info up front without allowing me to autocomplete. That was a bit of a faff. Payment could be easier - i prefer to use Amex so am unable to use Apple Pay on your app which is by far my preference. PayPal is not as easy. Be great if there were a calendar/diary entry in the confirmation email so i can more easily book. Keep developing yourselves!

Main point of frustration is there is no information when booking of ticket format, no idea or options for e-ticket or physical tickets. You have no option but to proceed and pay, only afterwards are you made aware that you will need to download the app to access your e-ticket regardless of whether this will be convenient for you

In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended. ​ This is done by the event organiser and not Skiddle. So solid ,and dj luck and mc neat at stealth originally supposed to be at the palais with oxide and neutrino, kelly le rok ,venue changed to stealth, and so did the ticket price it went up in price ,purchased the vip tickets at £27.50 ,to which I could of purchased the general ticket at the cheaper price as that was the service we got We cued up with the general ticket buyers so no priority entry anyway , plus the vip bar didn't have drinks we asked for so basically told to go to the other bar anyway so paid extra to then get general ticket service 😉 not happy ,but acts was excellent
