Confusing, still not entirely sure where my tickets are, or when I get them, or where to download them from???? Not clear where to go to for help???

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. We had an event cancelled 'Big Country'. Ticket total price was £55 which was refunded fairly quickly. However, the booking fee, handling charge and SMS confirmation charge of £6.25 was not refunded. Disgraceful!

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. Decent selection of events but the filter to find them is poor. Doesn't support Google wallet but insists on using their own app so skiddle tickets have to be separate from all my other tickets, so I have to remember where I bought them from.

Tricky. Limited information on the gig. When I didn't confirm the transaction quickly enough in the credit card app Skiddle took me back to the page where I had to re-enter all my details again and tick all the boxes I needed to again. A combination of Barclaycard and Skiddle made this transaction painful.

As Skiddle are a self-service ticketing platform we are reliant on the event organisers inputting all event information, I do apologise if there was not adequate information for you. You have 8 minutes to checkout and complete your purchase. This is a set time limit so that purchasing tickets is fair for all customers, and so tickets can be released if checkout is incomplete. Not impressed with my first attempt to order tickets. I’d got through the process up to the payment point, opted for PayPal, logged into my PayPal account, went back to Skiddle order page and nothing happened. My order seemed to have disappeared so i was left not knowing if i’d got tickets or not. It actually took 3 attempts to purchase 2 tickets.

I don’t like having to wait for barcodes. After you get paid it should be sent out. Or something to place hold.

In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended. ​ This is done by the event organiser and not Skiddle. Skiddle are unable to release your tickets to you any sooner than the date and time stated under your order. Please check when your ticket(s) can be downloaded. They have a very strange logic and policy, because you book the ice rink for 11:00 to 12:00, Well, they open the gates only at 11 and while you get to the rink. It will take time until you get your shoes. That is, you spend half an hour getting your shoes, changing them and can skate for half an hour, but you paid for a full hour of skating. I have never seen a bigger rip-off for that kind of money, I really have never seen it anywhere else. The ice was actually not suitable for skating, it was very dangerous, there was a lot of water on it and a lot of holes and uneven areas, which are very dangerous.

Got it to work eventually. Took 3 goes for PayPal to pay for the goods. Tickets timed out on a couple of occasions for other frustrating reasons. Have used it once before & remember needing multiple attempts to buy tickets then.

Never ever going here on Friday At the entrance selling team Indian nationality guys forced to pay £80 for 4 people and i have to negotiate for getting in like on market. i have paid £80 for 4 people after 1 pm. Music and entertainment was disappointing and crowd was less then we wanted to be in this place. What happened this place was empty and security so rude and we couldn’t get refund after this bad experience. I just want to know what happened to this place on Friday 13th December ?? I am regularly in Fire Vauxhall and this was the worse night ever. Wasted £80 fo 1 hour with disappointing customer service and music

It took me three goes to actually complete the booking process and once I had completed I then had to download an app in order to access them. Trying to read all of the T&Cs as well as approve the payment in my banking app was a challenge. Almost gave up.

Really not impressed with the £55 booking fees, £3 handling fee, and £31 for ticket insurance , I feel like I've been ripped off before I've even got to the event. I don't feel that these fees were clear enough when booking

The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. The RapidScan fee is the fee associated with covering the cost of scanning your tickets at the event. Refund Protection is purchased through a third-party company called TicketPlan, which is proportional to the face value price of your booking.
