I tried to buy 2 tickets and because the sistem error I couldn’t buy what I wanted as seats and I bought another ones and guess what… after I bought them the initial seats came back to sale…

Not user friendly, also providing such a short time at checkout is not inclusive to those with ASN. When items were added to basket it was not clear where they went. Overall not a great experience

Easy to use for straight forward booking but no help available if you have any issues and need to speak to someone. You get a prerecorded message then disconnected!

The event was cancelled by the venue and I was charged £4.70 in fees from Skiddle.

Hi Abi, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. Great pub but bought tickets expecting outside screen and burger van ect. To be on as usual with football events at sandon but this was not the case so tickets were pointless could have went to any pub for similar atmosphere.

First order You Canceled the event -but kept my money because I couldnt make revised date. second booking -paid money and then told cant have tickets for quite a while until one day before the event Questions below are irrelevant. Sort yourselves out please.

Hi, Please be aware, that Skiddle's refund policy is as follows: face-value refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed as agreed upon purchase. We're sorry, but these are the rules set by our event organisers. This was agreed to upon purchase. If your reasoning falls outside of this policy, then we best advise you to... £50,25 booking fee plis handling fee totoally outrageous when booking a bell tent for a festival. Skiddle have nothing on Ben Turpin.

Hi Tanya, Thank you for your review. If you purchase tickets at a slightly higher price, we are unable to offer any partial refunds to reflect the difference. We are also unable to offer refunds on higher valued orders if you have purchased new cheaper tickets. We can never guarantee the availability of tickets as they're always sold on a first come first served basis and we do pride ourselves that we only sell tickets to real fans- not touts. Charges a deliver/handling fee for a barcode ticket they email you. This is on top of a booking fee.

I purchased tickets from a FaceBook advertisement (by the event promoter) which took me to the Skiddle booking poage. The promoter was advertising the event on the wrong date. But Skiddle won't refund and neither will the event promoter - who won't even reply to correspondance. Really bad customer service. The Facebook page was taken down after I complained so I know that they received my query.

Ordered tickets to a Prodigy tribute on Thursday & needed an extra one on Friday & price had gone up! Also, why can’t I just get into app with password rather faffing around with an email link?

Hi, Skiddle is a self-service platform and the event organisers determine the ticket pricing structure themselves. Due to this, ticket prices are subject to change as agreed upon purchase and Skiddle have no control over this. In the circumstances that promoters run a promotion\offer\reduction on the price of tickets, we're unfortunately unable to issue a refund. Ticket prices are set by the promoter, so any queries regarding this are to be taken up with them directly. Thanks LEB
