I bought tickets using PayPal, not received any tickets or confirmation. £46, wife's Xmas present. Cannot talk to anyone and if e quire on line, it wants last 4 digits of account, which cannot do because paid by PayPal.

Event was a total shambles, with no direction or support at the event. Event ticketd were not even checked so i dont see the point of the process. We waited 1 and a half hours with no information

I found it difficult to navigate your system to get the "free tickets" then when I had them it was a waste of my time. The two queues to get into the venue were so long, they went around the stadium. The time restrictions for entering had not been adhered to, tickets were not checked and people without tickets had been admitted , the latter being confirmed by a member of your staff. Lastly, I did not get into the fayre as I was not prepared to wait outside in the cold. Better organisation skills needed.

Shocking we spent 1 hour in grid locked roads and side roads trying to park. Spent 22 pound on 2x burgers and chips that were Shocking and vile, also 10 pound each to get in.

Way too expensive for the tickets and the firework display was so short for what I paid for. The online tickets don’t even save you money, after the extra fees added it’s literally 95p cheaper than paying at the door. The booking process itself was awful, it said PayPal was an option, yet the option was no where to be found and there was an 8 minute timer, which because I didn’t have my card on me and was trying to pay by PayPal, timed out. Wouldn’t recommend or use again.

PayPal is unavailable for transactions that use a third-party payment processor/Stripe. You have 8 minutes to checkout and complete your purchase. This is a set time limit so that purchasing tickets is fair for all customers, and so tickets can be released if checkout is incomplete. Such a bad experience and never want to use this service again. The online price for the ticket was cheaper than the in person ticket, except when a booking fee and digital ticket fee was added?? Then it was literally just a pound cheaper than in person. Then I tried to buy as a guest and the website kept asking really personal questions like my date of birth. Then when it said PayPal was an option, the option was non existent, no way to pay by PayPal, so then I had to rush to get my wallet, by the time I got back the website had timed out. Waste of time, just pay at the door, it’s not worth the effort.

The face value price is the funds that are remitted to the event organisers. We may charge a Booking Fee per ticket, which covers the costs Skiddle incur to process the transaction (including, but not limited to, card processing fees, VAT and other taxes, customer services and the provision of our services, including profit) We may charge a Delivery/Handling Fee per order, which covers the costs Skiddle incur to make the ticket available to you and the event promoter (including, but not limited to, postage, hardware provision, software provision, including profit). When you check out as a guest, we ask these pieces of contact information, as if you were to seek assistance from Skiddle staff, you need to answer 3 pieces of security information for us to gain access to the order. So it is a security measure. PayPal is unavailable for transactions that use a third-party payment processor/Stripe. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. IJ Skiddle Customer Support Team

I cannot find my tickets only Received this email to ask for a review and no other confirmation other than the payment screen confirming tickets but not explanation of how or when I receive them however payment has been taken. The details asked for finding tickets I have filled out and it is saying there is not tickets or no order

The event didn’t even exist. The bar was closed and staff in places next to it said that people come regularly looking for it to find it has closed
