Richard Wishaw picked up my initial call several years ago and continues to deal with my enquiries and bookings which always involve add-ons, unusual requirements and even repatriation from a Beijing hospital when taken there ill and alone. He is a colossal benefit to you and indispensable to me. Alas I have not met him or Alfie his basset hound footrest. Look after them both please

I could have booked direct with the cruise company but Six Star Cruises had competitive prices and an extra incentive for booking with them. Donna Worsnip called me straight away and dealt with my enquiry quickly and efficiently. She also offered to remind me when excursion and dining bookings opened and to book them for us.

Once we got a hold of our Elite Concierge the whole process was simple, if repetitive since we have arranged many cruises with SixStarCruises over the years. The lack of consistency of contact is annoying as customers wish to have their business completed quickly and efficiently and any inquiries dealt with similarly. Covid is a fairly feeble excuse for lack of communication, is it not possible for bookings/inquiries to be dealt with by someone else if the Elite Concierge is absent? Working in silos is not conducive to good customer relations during a pandemic. Concierges are friendly and cruise deals are usually attractive that is why we have remained as customers of SixStarCruises, but we do become frustrated when our 'one and only' (apparently) contact does not work consecutive days or is absent for longer during the period of booking.

I haven’t been on the cruise yet but Grace my concierge has such enthusiasm and took me through my booking requirements so well . I am now excited to set sail, I was a cruise sceptic before but she was so inspiring and excited to tell me about sailing with Azamara I feel my scepticism disappearing My review is only based on the before sail service not the sailing

We were extremely impressed with the professional and cheerful service provided by Emma Gray, our Cruise Concierge, during the booking procedure. She made herself readily available for all queries and responded promptly when we made contact by email. This is to be commended, as we had several issues, including deciding cabin type and then insurance cover, so communication was over several days. The only negative about booking was that when we first tried to contact any concierge by phone at the start of the procedure, the line was engaged for long periods of time. However, as soon as we made contact with Emma, communication was not an issue.

Excellent service as always from Andrew Whittle. I wouldn't book a cruise with any other company or TA. He always goes above and beyond to answer any queries or questions I have and I'm always assured of a good price.
