Six Star have been booking cruises for us for over a decade. In that time we’ve found them to be competitively priced and very efficient, plus if you have any issues they’ll try to resolve them quickly.

When we booked we were informed our flights would be 12.15 pm ish from LHR Booking confirmed same day by email no flight times. One week later we received an email not from the person we booked with telling us our flights were 6.15 am from LHR We argued the point for three weeks even emailing the CEO all to no avail . My husband is 78 and no way was he driving down to Heathrow in the middle of the night. We ended up getting a driver at our expense to pick us up at 1am in the morning! We would never have booked this holiday had we been aware of the flight time. We will never use this company again.

I am always having to ask for my flight ref number so that i can book seats. This should always be sent as part of the booking confirmation. Offering a Concierge service you should br offering more advice on visa requirements not putting the complete onus on your customer. As an example we are shortly travelling to Egypt where I think it possible that Azamara will offer an onboard facility to obtain a visa. Why should I have to research this. Don’t call your staff a concierge if this is the case.

Dan McMahon booked our cruise for us. He is knowledgeable, experienced and very approachable. He always answers emails promptly and keeps his promises re call backs. He completes documents for us and never forgets those little details that count. Well done Dan we will book with you again.
