Claire Chadburn went over and above to make sure we had the cruise we wanted, her patience, expertise and dedication to the cause was admirable, she is a great asset to Six Star Cruises.

Stacey Williams at Six Star Cruises has been our Specialist Cruise Concierge for a long time. We have booked many Silversea cruises with her. She is always cheerful, courteous and very helpful. Even when we have had a few problems, she has always been there for us. Thank you, Stacey. Your company should be proud of you.

You have no email address to correspond to customer service, your live chat does not respond three times I waited over an hour, but still not response from an agent Your contact telephone line is a premier number causing the customers to pay to call you... How can this all be a six star service

Never book a cruise with these people. My parents are currently stuck on a cruise with no luggage and now day 6 with only the clothes they travelled in. Regent accept no responsibility for this and say its the airlines fault which is untrue because Regent booked two flights with insufficient transit time - 1 hour 20 minutes to get from one plane to another. A bad mistake on their part with no contingency for delays. My parents are not enjoying their cruise sadly as they have none of their personal belongings with them and no clothes to wear. This is something they have saved up for for many months and their first trip away post covid. My mother is now unwell with the stress of it all and yet Regent state it is not their responsibility - they are in your care and you booked the flights! We are appalled. We will be expecting a full refund.

The initial booking went fine with the exception of the transfers the lady ( Elizabeth Wright) had trouble trying to book them. Which we understand can happen. We booked with the understanding that Elizabeth would book them and come back to us confirming the four (4) transfers where booked. After a week we tried to contact Elizabeth to find out if she had managed to book them on the contact number she had given us. We were put on hold and had to wait approximately 30 minutes before we got through to one of your operators ( not Elizabeth) they said they contact EW . They did and in a few days we got a new itinerary showing from EW which said three of the four transfers had been arranged. There was an *** comment saying one still to be arranged*** . Today 17th July we tried to contact EW again to find out what was happening with the last transfer and had to wait a further 30 minute on the phone before we got someone to answer a mr James Farkins who was very helpful, he tried to book the remaining transfer for us only to find it was to short a journey between the hotel and the port and we were better arranging this transfer ourselves, which is fine with us. My point is your company should have told us this and not wait for me to chase you for an answer.

Just booked our first Six Star Cruise with Avalon Waterways. Really looking forward to seeing the Rhine and so many different locations in one week. Thank you Rebecca for your advice and guiding me through the various options and booking process.

From the booking of the cruise Six Star are very efficient but we felt let down by: 1) airport transfers not turning up on two occasions, once in Amsterdam and once in Reykjavik 2)options not offered before and after cruise eg staying an extra night in port 3) choice of airline when we lost air miles in booking Iberia rather than BA although advertised as BA flights

The representative Lisa Mallon was most helpful, knowledgeable, professional with a nice manner. She got answers to my queries very promptly and the end result was far better than I expected. As a result I proceeded to make a booking.
