“I was so very lucky to have a brilliant cruise concierge Elizabeth Wright. Above and beyond expectations with a thoroughly professional manner. “Expressed interest on line and within 20 minutes I had a return call from Rebecca, who was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of our prospective cruise. “Can only write for the booking experience, not the cruise as not had yet. Shirley was super, and seemed genuinely nice person. Very knowledgeable, and very patient with me esp as I was corralling family for consensus agreement. She phoned me back at the time she said she would, and did the booking on Silverseas in a timely fashion.”

It was like talking to a friend who wanted me to get the best cruise for the budget we had.
