Very impressed with the efficiency, politeness and helpfulness of the young lady, Emma Gray, who dealt with our enquiry very promptly and explained all the details of the cruise. Because of her very pleasant attitude toward us we made an instant decision to take the cruise. Emma Gray must be an outstanding representative for Six Star & River Voyages. John & Valerie Hunt

Dirty and floor in shower room has broken floor very dangerous . Windows so dirty that we couldn’t see through them . The off shore tours are extremely expensive.

No need to witter on about our latest booking! Lisa Mallon (our dedicated cruise concierge) was excellent, as always. Professional, courteous and helpful. Six Star? Definitely.. She does what it says on the tin!

I have received great service, advice and information from Laura. She has been incredibly patient and has sought answers/information to the many (sometimes obscure) questions I have asked her. Her latest challenge is provision of 2 yoga mats in our cabin - I have every confidence she will have this arranged!

Six Star Cruises was recommended by friends. It proved to be a very good experience for us. Nothing was too much trouble and Lisa had lots of patience. Would certainly use again.

Although it can take quite a while to get through on the telephone ,once connected the concierge team are always happy, helpful and knowledgeable. I've always had good service from the team. Plus if you book cruise only six star can arrange flights and transfers at a considerable saving. Recommended .
