We booked a cruise and paid a deposit in January 2021. The cruise itinerary was completely changed. The embarkation port was changed and the length of cruise changed. The whole holiday was not what we had booked. We asked for our money back which was eventually agreed by telephone in December 2021. But we have still not received our money back despite emails and telephone calls. Six star cruises are a cheating company who will keep your money at any cost. I am now looking into having to go to the courts to reclaim our deposit which was £1200 Alot of money which we could have received interest on if it was in our savings.

Our travel consultant Donna Worsnip is excellent. Always calls you back as promised, searches for the right deal, isn’t pushy, and has a great product knowledge. I have no hesitation in recommending her to friends and family.

I have booked all our latest cruises with this company and Cruise 118, dealing with H. Conway for all of them. They are very professional. efficient and friendly at all times, nothing is too much trouble. We will continue to use this company for future cruises and have no hesitation in recommending them, you will not be disapointed.

Scott was very patient as we tried to decide what to do about our June cruise - currently scheduled to visit the Ukraine! He went through options with us and helped us decide on the most cost-effective and least risky way forward.

The service was slow to answer the phone,but Nicki was very helpful,although the computer was slow in operating. I then waited for an hour to be given the details and cost of the cruise. I can’t fault Nickie but the next day it took another ten minutes to be put through again. I haven’t as yet received a reply to my question.

I really enjoy my booking experiences via Six Star Cruises. My agent Claire Tylor is fantastic and very helpful. She makes the whole experience so easy. She spends endless time researching different options for me and always follows through on my different requests .
