a perfect response for our need to amend an existing booking due to medical reasons, we were offered and accepted an alternative cruise that met our criteria for the new cruise booking. Lisa was efficient with all our requests and we were more than satisfied with the outcome

It is becoming difficult to justify retaining 6* as Agents for our regular Silversea Bookings, other than to take advantage of occasional special promotions. Booking direct with Silversea provides immediate documentation, ABTA Certificates etc plus MySilversea on line access. Unfortunately, the 6* Back Office System is hardly fit for purpose. Yesterday I received the 6* Booking for this 20th Aug Silver Dawn Cruise missing details such as transfers, excursions, ABTA cert. I also received, at my request, an updated 30th March Silver Moon Cruise Booking missing the flight details - which are available in MySilversea. Having just endured a shocking transfer in Frankfurt (returning from the Silver Spirit) which could have been avoided with better communication & planning, I am questioning the role of 6*. It doesn’t matter how good the 6^ staff are if they are lumbered with poor systems & too many problems. Maybe some staff need to be dedicated to making sure that revenue earning activities such as our Siversea cruises are taken care of by a special customer care delivery / customer retentions team for cruises which are actually happening.

Six stars are not enough for the amazing customer service we received from Andrew Freeman. No hard sell, just as if we were old friends having a chat. Warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about ever aspect of our proposed holiday to India's golden triangle and Mumbai to Singapore cruise. If the holiday is as good as the service we have had so far it will be a holiday of a lifetime

We are so looking forward to our cruise with Seabourne in March 2022 to celebrate our 50 th wedding anniversary and our experience with our concierge Grace mad booking this a very pleasant exoerience

I am not at all happy with this booking. There are several mistakes in the booking. I have emailed the company over a week ago and have still had no acknowledgment or revised booking.

We have used six star cruises previously and currently have a booking with them And afraid their service levels are far below what we expected having booked an expensive cruise There have been several personnel changes and continuity has failed we had contact the cruise company direct to get answers currently we are still awaiting an answer on promised call back which has failed to materialise l am afraid since we made the booking we have had chase them to obtain explanations why significant changes had been made!! Overall not impressed with their customer support and service

This was my second booking with Laura Wing. She is very helpful and values you as a returning client. She goes the extra mile to get you the cruise and flights that suit you best. The pricing also was the best I could find. I know that everything will be done before my cruise to make the holiday stress free. She is very informed regarding Azamara having sailed with them herself. Thank you Laura.

the six star website is easy to peruse and compare cruise lines, cruise ships and special offers. I particularly like the cruises that offer -cruise only-cruise and flights - special collection. I can easily compare prices and options My six star concierge , Lisa Mallon , is a credit to the company and I have a brilliant working relationship with her and Six Star
