Terrible customer service, quick to take your money but do not answer the phone or emails when the cruise is cancelled and you want your refund. Over 100 days now and still nothing.

Overall excellent experience exceeding anything we have previously experienced. Particularly at the moment it is very important to be able to speak to someone even with all the info on the websites. I only experienced a very short delay before the phone was answered, a good start. After that speaking with Erin was a pleasure. Not only did she go out of her way to help but she was also very well informed about the detail of what we were looking for. This is certainly not always the case. Not only that but Erin has continued to help after the booking was made and responds very quickly. I will certainly be calling her for future cruises

Absolutely fabulous , efficient service as previously experienced . Chris Kelly was extremly helpful - nothing too much trouble . Very speedy - no hanging on - just got on with it & booked the cruise we wanted - brilliant deal .

I have been very pleased with the assistance given by Andrew in finding a suitable cruise for myself and two friends on Silversea. He has been extremely helpful and has dealt with any queries promptly. However, I have to mention the negative aspect which is that on three occasions I have had to wait 20 to 30 minutes before anyone answered my call. When I mentioned this to a colleague of Andrew's, I was told that some customers are waiting 40 minutes!! I was advised that new staff are currently being trained so hopefully the situation will improve.

Everything had gone very smoothly so far, 6 star cruises were recommended by other cruisers and we are pleased with the process and engagement from Dan.

I have used six star cruises on many occasions and had excellent service but my last experience was not up to their usual standard. I never actually got a telephone call from my concierge it was always email me please, when sometimes a discussion is needed. I understand all travel has had issues but being asked for final balance of around £7000 before i even had my flights booked was ridiculous. I found i was the one chasing everything that needed doing, it did not help being given wrong reference numbers for flights and being told to ring BA myself to sort it. The whole process from cruising re opening to going on my cruise has definitely not been six star. The only way i got to speak to someone was to call the number to book a holiday and i was answered within minutes! NOT GOOD SIX STAR

Whole process in general was very good. Delay in telephone answering was a little annoying. Andrew was extremely helpful and would definitely use again.

The phone service is hopeless! you have to be really dedicated to arrange a holiday because the time needed to hang on is unacceptable. Once you get connected the service is very good, that is if you ever get answered!
