“Excellent once I'd endured the recorded message”

“I had heard that Six Star had excellent cruise prices, so I called to ask the price of an Explora cruise, when the Black Friday deals were on. I was told £5180, which was the list price on the Explora site. I was told that they could knock off the £80, so I suggested £180, which was agreed and I reluctantly made the booking, but did not receive a confirmation. The very next morning I received an email saying that the balance had been due the previous day (8 months before departure). I left a message for the lady who had taken the booking to call me. Later that day, another lady phoned me and said that the balance request had been an error, but no apology. The next day, another lady called me and made the same comments. I have done 50+ cruises and never experienced such a poor booking service.”

“Another cruise booked through six-star cruises with the help of the ever-efficient and helpful Stacey Williams. She knows our needs and will always respond to our questions. Flights and transfers are dealt with by Six Star without any problems. A good company to deal with. We have recommended them to our friends.”

“Six Star Cruises was recommended to me by one of their Loyal customers. I contacted Donna and immediately felt in safe hands. Having used other TAs for previous cruises I realised that Donna knew the product and all the details of how to book. It is a year until my cruise but I feel confident that I will be looked after.”

“I booked my cruise with Claire Chadburn. Claire is so warm and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She explained everything in a clear and concise way.
