“I have been booking cruise holidays with Six Star Cruises since 2010 and have always been extremely satisfied with their customer-focused approach and attention to detail. Though any of the Sales Team provide the same professional level of service, I have developed a particularly close friendship with Emma Grey who has often gone that 'extra mile' to ensure that our final holiday arrangements meet our expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending Six Star Cruises to anyone looking for a Travel Company to manage the increasing complexity associated with making holiday arrangements.”

“Had to speak to three different "concierges" before finally getting confirmation. Unimpressive when it came to clarity of what the deal was in that whether it included some excursions or not. Also was told that we would get flight information with the booking, but still not available after 4 days since booking.”

“So happy with six star cruises. Had an amazing cruise in March on Azamara Persuit. We were looking for a similar experience, and six star cruises were the only cruise experts to be able to offer the best experience at an unprecedented price compared to other companies. Thank you to Dan for his patience and ability to make sure that we get the best possible deal and package that works for us.”

“We messaged Emma to say that we were interested in 3 Azamara cruises that had just been advertised. Although Emma was busy she responded by email and rang us later as promised. We asked her to price 3 cruises with flights from Manchester. Emma agreed to ring back later and did so. From our conversation it was apparent that she had struggled with flights. However with her perseverance she was able to suggest 2 alternatives which she had priced for us. Unfortunately both options were beyond our budget so we asked her to price our second option. Emma did this whilst we waited on the phone. Once again Emma had to organise flights, transfers and hotel to fit our specific requirements. She talked us through the options and was able to offer what we wanted and at a good price. We have booked with Emma before. We have always found her very knowledgeable and professional. In addition Emma is always pleasant and friendly. Emma makes you feel as if you are the person she most wants to speak to.”
