“Excellent attention from my Cruise concierge Laura Wing. Patient under challenging circumstances brought about by our wish to cancel cruises . Always pleasant and helpful. And in her absence her colleagues Chris , Shirley and Melissa were all very attentive .”

“I find Claire Hazelhurst to be very knowledgeable regarding the 5 x cruises we have now booked through her 3 in 2023 and 2 in 2024. She is always helpful in organising the flights and suggesting what she thinks might suit us. All in all, we highly recommend six-star cruises”

“I have never been on a cruise and I found our customer service agent (Andy) to be friendly, helpful amd knowlegeable. Nothing was a trouble to him and he was proactive in securing our cabin while we sorted out our flight.”
