Usually great service from Scott Perry but trying to contact anyone by phone is impossible sat on the phone for an hour and nobody picked up, the call centre doesn’t tell you if you are in a queue or how long you might have to wait. It is as bad as BA, what would happen if you had an emergency?

Very pleased with service received from Emma who was extremely professional in dealing with a fairly complicated scenario. Would definitely book again and have used Six Star on previous occasions.

The third time we have used Six Star and the experience remains as exceptional, professional, comprehensive and helpful as the first time. Blessed that each time we have dealt with Emma whose knowledge, friendliness and helpfulness are a real asset to the company. Highly recommended

I was told at the point of sale I was booking a package. I was told I could cancel up to the day before . I was told Azamara do not use budget airlines such as Easy Jet. Upon cancellation due to Covid ,I was told my booking is not a package although the. Definition of a package is at least two elements of the booking must be done through a travel agency . the lady who took this call advised me Azamara will refuse boarding anyone who has had Covid within the last 10 days . I am now aware Azamara do use Easy Jet and I could have booked from my local airport direct other than Lufthansa with stops in Frankfurt. So no I have had a misleading costly and worrying time booking with Six Star Cruises.

Dear Alison I have just been trying to ring your company to enquire about changes to my booking that I requested a couple of weeks ago. I have not heard from your representatives. On my call I was waiting for 45 minutes without my call being answered and I could not wait any longer so gave up. I have dealt recently spoken with Sandie, Chris and Laura and all have been extremely friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. I can thoroughly recommend this company and will have no hesitation in booking with them again.

Six Star Service from Erin. After our initial approach Erin called us back as requested on time. She was extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful and with her advice we very quickly booked exactly what we wanted. She explained everything thoroughly and gave us her contact number in case we need it. We feel confident that we will receive a very personal service from a company that is truly acting on our behalf.

Georgina was brilliant! Not an easy booking due to various FCC`s and Azamara is always so difficult. She even got us an additional £399.00 off! What a star. We look forward to a long relationship with Georgina and many more cruise bookings.

The booking process was mixed, acceptable at times and poor at other times. Our initial concierge took the details of our requirements and sent us a quotation. The concierge said she would telephone us in a couple of days as she was off over the weekend but she did not call. Subsequently, we received another quotation for the same cruise from another cruise company which was lower than the quote from Six Star and wished to discuss it with the concierge, at which stage we received conflicting information. Firstly she was on annual leave, then she was ill and nobody knew when she would be back. We asked for a call from a supervisor and that was totally ignored. Because we have booked with Six Star many times I decided to try one more time and asked for one of the concierges who had arranged a previous cruise and she was able to sort out a new quotation which was still higher than the quote from the other company but I decided to stick with the company I knew. My question is how do I contact someone with authority to negotiate? Is there a direct number for such a person? Will someone telephone me to discuss our dissatisfaction with the service we have received? Having gone onto the Oceania website to look at the tours available on the cruise we have selected who do I contact to help sort out the tours that are included with our package?
