Asked for a callback on Sunday morning and within 20 minutes Stacey had called me back and explained the whole cruise. After some discussion over flights it was all booked by the end of thday

Crusing is a competitive market and our second experience - after a bruising first - restored our faith. Scott was in turns enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful. He didn't b*****it us or leave gaps in his explanation. Seabourn owe him a debt. Only links and website details - notably on vaccine and testing requirements - let Six-Star down: we need clear and specific advice for each cruise.

Without doubt Laura Wing is the most amazing concierge. The always goes above and beyond what is required. She’s so knowledgeable and knows out preferences. We really wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else.

We have used Six Star Cruises for previous bookings and always found them extremely helpful. We made a booking a few days ago and Nicky was so helpful we would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Knowledgeable, helpful friendly. Very good. Would be nice if you didn’t have to wait so long for someone to answer the phone when your personal concierge is not at a work day. Sandie is always great

I really recommend to with Dan, Specialist Concierge on all booking. A real asset to Six Star Cruises. Dan is extremely professional and very knowledgeable on the cruise industry. He answered honestly and promptly with all my queries, making the whole booking process very smooth. Dan will certainly be handling all my future Silversea cruise bookings.

Normally we receive a very good service but on our last cruise the admin let them down badly. Tickets for taxi transfer and hotel were not included even though we asked for them several times. A last minute phone call did resolve the matter and my husband rang the hotel direct.
