A very easy process from enquiry through to booking. Chris was very helpful and easy to contact and speak to. We had a small glitch with one of the domestic flights which Chris fixed very quickly.

From start to finish the whole experience in booking our trip was made very easy. Nothing was too much even down to choosing our cabin and the hotel that we will be staying in after our cruise. An extremely professional company that predicts everything that you want to make your trip so special. Thank you

Usually go to Dan our TA with 6* when we have done all our research on which cruises we are interested in. He is accessible either by phone or email. I always get a fast response and a detailed quote together with all the extras. However, it's not unusual for us to have a few afterthoughts and changes which happened this time. However, Dan is always responsive and helpful and gives us the benefit of his experience also accommodating and cheerful.

Dealt with a young lady named Erin, who was quite possibly the nicest person I have ever spoken to on the end of a phone line. She was polite, humorous and above all knowledgeable, all of which is a refreshing change to the present day norm. Shame can only give 5 stars.

Very disappointed in the lack of response to resolve some important issues raised through initial reservation. These issues have been reported but due to continuity issues with different contacts none of been resolved. Feel I am spending to much of my own time trying to get a satisfactory result.

Just finished telephone call with Six Star Cruises (Shirley), after a lot of research in to the Regent Seven Seas Navigator Cruise, Crests of North Sea Coast, 16 nights from 23 Jul 2023, for a Penthouse Suite (C) only to be told that this was no longer available but a Penthouse Suite (B) was available but for £200 per person more, BUT the business class flights and 1 night pre-cruise hotel stay, as advertised were NOT included in this price. I was told the business class flight from Copenhagen back to London Heathrow would be an extra £199 per person. On line the BA business class fare for the same flight is £204 per person, so how come they ask for £199 more. In total without the pre-cruise hotel stay, the extra cost would be £800. So with the hotel stay and transfer to the ship it would be over £1000. This is frustrating and annoying. It is not even so much about the cost! It is just the false marketing (an error by Six Star / Regent). I also feel sorry for Shirley, who did her best, who has to go through this and me saying forget it! Whe I questioned the extra cost for the business class flights, quoting first the BA fare, Shirley said, 'Well, this is Regent' So what does this say? I have actually used Six Star in the past but for cruises with Seabourn, to the Mediteranean and Caribbean.

Last year we did have problems due to staff issues at 6* cruises. This year so far the booking has been smooth and the staff helpful. They have returned my calls and dealt with our issues well.
