I have now used Six Star on multiple occasions and the service, particularly from Donna, cost and efficiency has been exceptional each and every time.

I have organised 2 cruise packages through Six Star Cruises and I have dealt with Shirley who I find very helpful, personable and a pleasure to do business with. She has arranged not only the ship accommodation but also flights, transfers and hotels to make our holidays stress-free and memorable. Thank you Shirley

What puts Six* above other Cruise Agents is the service they provide - not just their experience in booking cruises but the service they provide after booking. You can be confident when contacting them that someone will be able to help. Not all cruise companies provide this level of Customer Service which is important to me and why I would recommend Six*.

Stacey was fabulous to work with. I suspect she'll win our award for best helpfulness and service for 2024, despite the competition having a whole year ahead to better that. Really enjoyed her understanding of what we were trying to achieve as we arranged another cruise to dovetail with one we already had booked for Jan 2025. So pleased we've found Six Star for the future .

Booking went extremely quick and easy. Dan is the cruise concierge he was very efficient. I subsequently left a message on the answer system he replied very promptly. Hopeful for things to come.

We have used Six Star Cruises for 13 years now and have had support from a number of concierges. Lately Donna Worsnip has helped us with many Cruises. She has been most helpful and communicative; responsive when a doubt or query has come up. She has provided meticulous answers to the many 'going back to the drawing board' questions which inevitably crop up when cruise planning. We have no hesitation in recommending Six Star and the many cruise consultants with whom we have had dealings. Nothing has been too much trouble. Thank you!

Getting through on the main line was v difficult, kept trying with no success, as I believe that minimum staffing was available in sales.Had the phone contact of a past sales concierge & eventually another person picked up the call was v v helpful & we booked !
