“On the whole a very professional company. I don't think I have come across one person at six star cruises who does not go out of their way to help you. Phones are always answered professionally ( Love the fact that they match up your name to your number on the automated phone system... quite a unique personal touch) They don't always know the answer to your questions but will always try to find out. Only one slight niggle... hence the four stars on a couple of Occasions a person has promised to get back to me and they have not... maybe just very busy) On the whole as far as using a travel agency goes six star cruises are a very friendly and professional company.”

“Following contact with several employees over the last few months, not all of which I’ve been impressed with, I was delighted to find Laura Wing both knowledgeable and efficient. She spent time making sure she understood what we wanted and looked at various options to find the best match.”

“Few Niggles, BA flight turns out to be Aerlingus and I could have booked them cheaper myself had I known Hotels offered were 60 pounds less on booking.com per night An amendment to my name is still wrong. No I wouldn't use again”

“Emailed Laura Sunday evening (after she had finished work). An hour later got reply with suite on hold. Next morning after cheery conversation our lovely cruise to Japan was all booked. Who could ask for more?”
