This is the third time we have booked a holiday through Six Star Cruises and on each occasion the service has been exemplary at a hugely competitive cost. Kate Freestone's service and attention has been all we could have asked for. We strongly recommend them.

I have booked many cruises with SixStar Cruises unfortunately my experience this time as been terrible. I booked my cruise with Andrew Whittle who I haven't actually spoken to yet and have spoken to 3 different people on his team having rang each of them numerous times to be told they will look into my problem and come back to me. The last person I spoke to I asked her if I could speak to someone senior in the customer service dept I am still waiting for a call back PLEASE COULD YOU GIVE ME A CALL OR EMAIL ME. I have already booked 2 cruises with you this year so I do consider myself a regular client

Very helpful, informative staff, but not easy to get back to the first agent spoken to, due to working hours etc.

Second time using Six Star when first booked Andrew was amazing he left since then we have to chase them all the time never responding to emails or answering the telephone its been a terrible experience full payment was requested months in advance and still not showing as paid on our Regent booking after spending in excess of £16,000 would have expected some service

I always feel safe when booking with Sixstarcruising. The idea of a dedicated person to look after your requirements is a winner for me. The information given is fair and accurate so my last experience with Dan was as usual top class

As always Stacey Williams was the best! She took time out to talk me through different cruise options as we were looking to book an extra special 'retirement' cruise and she was always available to answer any questions we had. The actual booking process, once we had chosen our cruise, was easy and smooth and we are now looking forward to a fantastic holiday! Thank you Stacey!

After our cruise was cancelled the team worked really hard to get us another option. They were responsive even though busy and provided some good advice.

I have had several bad experiences with six star in tyr past, however I felt comfortable booking with Elizabeth Wright. She has been really helpful, and we have been able to contact her after we booked, which is reassuring. However I think the "paperwork " is poor. When you're paying thousands of pounds, you really expect more/better.

Our concierge, Lisa Mallon, is superb. Goes the extra 10 miles to ensure the best booking experience. (Especially having to deal with Azamara back-office!).

I have to say this is the second time we have used Six Star Cruises and I cannot fault the sales staff for their friendly disposition and knowledge of the destinations. We were fortunate to be dealt with by Chris Kelly who portrayed all the best qualities of a salesman from Liverpool, honest and amusing with it. !!!
