Generally very good. Really lovely girl helped. Very slight comment is, it would have been useful to be told about the flight options back from Bali. I was unaware quite how difficult it is. But I have now resolved that. So in the end it’s not a problem. I had said I wanted cruise only, so it wasn’t really her fault, but still would have been useful to have the conversation about before and after the cruise. Otherwise, very good service.

I have been booking with sixstar for years but have noticed recently they aren’t as good. I am due to cruise with AZAMARA in July but although I had booked a full package with them, flight,transfers and cruise I only found out by pure chance that my flight had been changed to the previous day, no notification from Azamara and no notification from sixstar. Trying to contact six star is virtually impossible these days without at least an hours wait on the phone, the guy I booked through is on holiday and the person standing in for him just sent me a copy of my booking, completely useless. I think it’s time to try one of the other agents

Have used six star cruises and find them excellent. They make each journey easy and the itinerary is excellent and saves any hassle.

From start to finish Lisa Mallon was excellent! She was relentless in her pursuit of getting us good flight times through Azamara who were difficult to get through to. Cannot fault Lisa in any way. However, when Lisa wasn’t available we spoke to 3/4 other concierges who did not appear to be particularly able to help. We would suggest concierges working in teams to be able to always have access to someone who can actively assist all days that Sixstar are open. This would cover absences and holidays of a customers main concierge.

Unfortunately through no fault of Six Star Cruises we’ve been waiting for the flight locator code so we can book our seats. Azamara is the problem, I’ve contacted them twice and there not the most helpful. I know it’s difficult times, but how hard is it to get this number. Andrew whittle is fabulous very helpful you’ve got a good one there. Other than this problem Six Star is very good.

Six Star Cruises really is the one-stop-shop for luxury cruises. The top cruise companies are accessible through SSC and pricing seems to be unbeatable. The service we have received from Stacey has been exceptionally high.

This was our first time booking with Six Star Cruises, what a superb experience it was. Out Concierge was Stacey and I can honestly say she provided the best experience I’ve ever had from the start of the enquiry to the final call a few days before we left for our cruise to check we had everything in place so nothing could go wrong or we’d accidentally forgotten to do something. Absolutely the best travel agent experience ever. The Cruise was with Azamara which was also superb. Thank you so much Stacey and hopefully we’ll be booking again soon.

All was good except Dan went on holiday without letting me know at a critical time but it seems most of the problems were of my making. \I would not recommend BA business class \I have had more room and better service on Ryanair.
