I booked my cruise on Regent and Elizabeth Wright took over the booking and gave me a discount, which was great. Great attention to detail and good at keeping in touch when our itinerary changed on our last cruise.

The Senior Specialist Concierge Laura was very helpful and real pleasure to deal with, nothing was to much trouble and took the time to explain and go through any queries that I had. Highly recommended.

As usual Rebecca Rimmer a member of six star cruises concierge team helped me first with some queries I had and then with booking my cruise. Highly recommended. Also thanks to Clio (Hope I have spelt it correctly) in after sales who has also been a great help on currently booked cruises. Frank

Booked a cruise with Silversea via sixstarcruises in January 2024. paid a £2000 deposit. Payment was taken from my card almost immediately. In June of this year, Silversea cancelled my cruise. I was offered various options including a refund. I was told I had until July 31st to make up my mind about a refund or my deposit would go down as a future cruise credit with Silversea. On 15th of July I decided to accept a refund. I was initially told this could take up to 2 weeks. Two weeks have passed so I contacted six star cruises and was the told that the refund could take up to 45 days! This company have had my £2000 since late January and I'm looking at September before I get my money back through no fault of my own. Terrible customer service and I think that I will be lucky to see my refund before Christmas. Would not recommend this company . The concierge I was dealing with was suddenly 'unavailable' when I decided to take a refund. Every time I call since the he's been unavailable and I've had to speak to someone else

Dear Kevin Thank you for your review, We are a customer focused company feedback whether good or bad is extremely important to us, as it is only on the receipt of information such as this we can assess and improve the services that we offer. Please rest assured that the points you have raised in your review have been fully noted by Six Star Cruises. Your booking was cancelled on the 15th of July as per our governing body ABTA we must wait for the refund to be received back from Silversea before it can be passed on. I have called Silversea today and asked that they escalate the refund. Silversea have noted this request and advise the 45-day turnaround is for guidance only and is a maximum time frame. Six Star Cruises will make sure to refund your monies as soon as possible once received. I am sorry that you were told it would take two weeks I will address this internally, the two-week timeframe is a guideline set by ABTA once the monies are received from the cruise line that Six Star Cruises must adhere to when refunding our guests. Guests can use any refund that they are waiting for before it is received if they wish to book another cruise with Six Star Cruises, we can transfer the refund amount towards payment to any other cruise they may wish to book. I can also confirm that your sales concierge did ask the service team on the 15th of July to look into your request for a refund, sales concierge must ask the service team to action any requests of this nature. Please accept my sincere apologies that you were given the incorrect information. Customer relations will make sure to monitor you refunds progress going forward. We value your business and are working hard to earn your continued patronage. We hope you will give us the opportunity to do. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further queries.

As usual Dan was extremely helpful with our latest booking with Six Star Nothing is too much trouble , he does most of the thinking for you often making suggestions and adding extras that you had not thought about

We recently booked a cruise holiday through Six Star Cruises, and once again, Elizabeth provided outstanding service. As ever, we booked with our regular concierge, Dan, and we 'breezed' through the formalities of booking with no surprises. Dan had been speedy and informative on quotes for this cruise and sybsequently discussed options including cabin location, timings and trip extensions. We found the quote to be especially competitive and will be happy to maintian our connections with Dan and the team
