“long delays answering the phone. commission charges higher than other agents. charges for changing bookings which other agents do not make.”

“Once again we booked though Stacey. A young lady with wide knowledge, good ideas and endless patience. We changed our minds a number of times and she took it with good grace and calmness. Her responses were immediate and when we did finally decide she produced just what we wanted. An excellent cruise concierge.”

“We have used Six Star Cruises several times before and always had excellent, efficient and knowledgeable service. This latest booking was handled by Lisa Mallon who dealt with our requests, booking and any questions we had very competently. The booking, which also involved a requested hotel stay, was completed very speedily and Lisa was extremely pleasant and easy to talk to. All issues were covered and explained thoroughly. “We dealt with Sandie and spoke on many occasions due to a number of hurdles we had to go through before committing to a booking. Sandie was extremely helpful throughout the transaction and once we were ready to go ahead, everything was dealt with efficiently. After cruising for many years, this is the first time we have moved up a notch and booked a Silver Seas cruise. Sandie’s kind reassurance certainly gave us the confidence to proceed.”

“As Emma was on leave, Sandie answered our request to book the holiday we wanted. Sandie was excellent and patiently gave us all the information we needed as we went through all the details - not completely simple as our previous two cruises had been cancelled due to Covid and there were FCC vouchers to deal with etc., all notes left by Emma. We are very happy with how professionally our booking is being processed.”
