“Shirley, our travel concierge, is always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We often make changes to flights and pre/post cruise stays and Shirley is always happy to help tailor our trips to our requirements and price up alternative options. We have recently returned from South America where we had stays at different hotels and internal flights in Argentina before boarding our cruise ship and Shirley arranged everything including several transfers and everything went smoothly in a timely manner. We have had several trips arranged by Shirley and are looking forward to booking many more in the future.”

“If there was a sixth star rating I would have given it. Shirley guided me through all the options, cabins, decks, locations and all I needed to know. She was patient and I can't praise her enough. She is the reason, along with other personnel that we return to Six.Star. Thank you.”

“I have spent a fair bit of time researching and searching on the net for a reasonably priced river cruise at short notice. I stumbled across Six Star Cruises and communicated by messages. I was stunned that instead of the normal "bot" I was actually chatting with the lovely Shirley McCoy. She quickly saved a couple of spots on a cruise from Amsterdam to Basel and said she'd call me back, which she did and we sorted payment over the phone. I'm sure the rest of the planning will go as seamlessly, thanks Shirley!”

“Shirley took our initial request and listened to what we were interested in and any additional requirements. She was able to offer changes to flights and transfers from and to the airport which is always reassuring when you’re looking for a tailored experience to take away any stress during the journey. Shirley offered a first class service in planning our cruise, and as our named concierge we hope this will continue as we now prepare for our wonderful cruise on Silversea Spirit….”

“I am not someone who enjoys booking holidays as I find the whole process in trying to decide between various options and choices quite stressful.
