“I purchased a pair of pants. I paid $60.58 that’s including shipping When I receive the pants they were the wrong size. There was no way to contact your company by phone or email and when I want to return them my credit was only gonna be $12 Partly because there’s a $25 return postage when it was only $16 post to send them to me So out of the $60.58 my refund would be $12 so I contacted my bank because you had no phone number no email no way to get a hold of you so my bank had to file a dispute in order for me to receive my money back Companies should have a way to contact them via email or phone on their website”

Hi Henry, we have a contact page on the website under ‘contact us’ where you can email us directly, there is also a live chat feature on the homepage where you can speak to the team live also you can contact us via any form of social media all which are linked to our homepage Unfortunately we do not offer free international returns sorry this is why we provide all fabric compositions and size guides of each product so you can make the correct choice before ordering Hope that helps

“Terrible jacket. The quality is very poor and the zip came off after 1 day of use. The drawstring is also very weak and it snapped when i tried to adjust it. Dont buy this coat”

“You guys asked for a review , to be honest the shorts i'v recieved are not great , there is cotton loose around the waist band , and also if these are swim shorts there should be a draw string around the waist , i would'nt dream of diving into a pool with them on , you can imagine why , they would come straight off , its a shame as i like the design but thats it.”

Hi Simon, these have an elasticated weaved waist band, unfortunately you can’t have this type of band and a string it’s one or the other I’m afraid. If you need a tighter band we would advise sizing down

Hi Paul, apologies your delivery was late, unfortunately with international orders we are at the mercy of the carriers and any delays they have on route or with customs sorry, if you needed this quickly we do offer express shipping with DHL which generally takes 2-3 days to the US.

“Nice tshirt but I am disappointed in previous my order I returned an item that definitely had tags on return and I would rather receive this item back instead of a voucher half the price so you can go on to probably sell the item again. Never heard anything like it, delivery was also delayed twice and it was a gift hence why I paid for next day delivery”
