Order swim shorts a. Number of times and they all either came with holes or had holes after few wears.

I have bought numerous pieces for Sinners Attire. The last pair of jeans i wore twice and the waistband fell apart. This has left me feeling very dissatisfied and dissatisfied.

Hi Lee. your order is at the local delivery office for collection, it appears the school have declined parcels if you check on the royal mail tracking page You can divert this to another address or collect delivery the delivery office
Don't waste your time, unless you know you won't return. My return apparently hasn't been proccessed. Currently having to start legal action which ive been trying to put off. Gave them QR code today, and they have all screenshots that were needed and information etc previously. Sick of smaller companies thinking they're immume from any unforseen problems and if one does arrise, they do anything to not have to deal with it. It's not them thats down on money, it's me, and i'm annoyed to be honest. Fed up of repeating myself as well. They asked me the same question 3 times and refused to just scroll up the email chain to find the first answer. How lazy is that? Can't even scroll up to see the already clearly given answer to a repeated question. Absolute p--stakers to be honest. The legal advisor i've given everything too was chuckling as he was reading through their responses. It was a joke tbh. Its a shame because the garments i did keep were great.

Hi Molly, apologies all returns are inspected by the team to ensure they comply with our policy such as being returned with tags, unworn and in the original packaging e.t.c the customer services team will contact you to discuss this further
I have not received any of my package and I bought 2 jumpers and 2 shirts everytime I tryed to track it it wouldn't track and for the past week it has been sitting in the same spot I have tryed email but have had no responses not happy will not buy from again

Hola, la tarjeta de regalo se envía por correo electrónico y simplemente usas el código al finalizar la compra.
Placed an order with a discount code, went to check out & paid, noticed it removed the discount code. Setn an email instantly to customer services, replied 3-4 hours later & said sorry its too late to cancel now so i have to let the money come out my bank, get the parcel PAY to send it back & take it to the post office! Decent clothing but customer service is a joke!

Hi Kieran, unfortunately as the team explained to you the code you used was found on a discount website which was not an active legitimate code this is why it would not work sorry, we only advertise active codes on our social media, ads or own website, please do not sure codes from other websites as 95% of them are fake and click bait
Hi, disappointed with the service so far. I made an order (my fault) in error. However with this I cancelled the order immediately and emailed to clarify. A lady then emailed me to advise it's already been shipped so unfortunately cannot refund which I was annoyed at, because don't see how it can shipped when I cancelled straight away. I advised the lady irregardless I would like a immediate refund. I was given no response and silence then I have sent another email and still have no received response! I will be leaving a review on trust pilot and I am still waiting for my refund still no response.

I must say,I'm not hat happy, not received this parcel as advised was delivered and not received. Now I've not been refunded and seems that they are stalling. I'm away now too and was needed for my holiday

As these shorts are for swimming they should have a tightening string These have nothing to stop them falling down

Hi Dameon, the shorts have a waved elasticated band so there is no string with these, you can see all the details from the product images online some of our shorts have strings the others weaved bands as part of their design
Absolutely shocking clothes bought 2 hoodies 1 not even fully stitched right at all blue marker open on the clothes both items and bought some cargos also very badly made hole in the pants and cotton coming off I’ve cancelled my account and I will never order again pls think before ordering I will upload pictures also

Very disappointed with your service you have given me, I got three items of clothing which was to small and I tried to return them but couldn’t get a return item code from your website or the site I paid from. Hi Simon, you can return easily via our portal, which will email you a QR code or a label as an attachment you then take this to the drop of, it’s literally that easy. I’ve just resent you the label to your email, any issues the team are always happy to help
