“I received a product that wasn’t up to standard. This was a few detail faults which was too visible to ignore but Kirsty on the sales/customer service team dealt with my issue swiftly and with ease. “I ordered swimming shorts and the elastic band was too loose, I sent them back without any problems and took a size smaller. thanks I also ordered sweaters and took a size smaller than I usually have and they fit great. the colors are beautiful. to recommend”
