“I paid the extra amount of around £19 to at least know the exact date that my sink top would arrive so I could have someone at home at all times between 8am and 630pm. I was very fortunate that the delivery came at lunchtime when I'd popped in to see the builder. The delivery went smoothly. The truck driver was friendly and helpful. He used his pump truck to get my very heavy ceramic sink top as close to my door as he could. He gave me plenty of time to check that there was no damage to it. I can't fault this delivery service.”
