“Excellent service from the staff that take the order to being informed along the way when delivery would take place. the taps are fitted and even the plumber that fitted them took your company details from me to make his own order. Speaks for itself really. When did we ever see a plumber impressed with anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Maybe a bit more expensive than other cheap bad reviewed suppliers but I got exactly what I ordered and it arrived on time in perfect condition with 15 minutes allowed for checking. I bought a Belfast sink, waste kit and tap. So glad I used these guys. Definitely recommend them.”

“My wife carried out her usual extensive "kitchen tap"research prior to buying; to replace our very old one that had a mind of it's own! “Found the sink I wanted at a good price. Ordering and payment were pretty straightforward. My order was dispatched next day and took two days to arrive. I was kept up to date with this information. “When my Caple Shaftbury kitchen tap CHROME (S/CRU4/CH) £89.00 was unpacked it was found to be in an unsatisfactory condition with the tap lever which operated the hot water detached from the body of the tap. When this was screwed back into place it did not line up with the cold water lever. I contacted sink-taps and my husband spoke to customer services who said that if I returned the tap to them and paid for the return postage they would repair it for me. As an alternative he gave me instructions on how to strip-down and repair the tap myself, which I did not understand. Surely the tap should have been replaced without question under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations (2014) ???”

Dear Mrs Cheesebrough. We are sorry to receive your negative feedback. However, we must clarify the conversation that we had with your husband. The tap was delivered some months ago and your husband called last week to report the lever on the tap was loose. We explained that the lever is simply held in place by a single screw underneath the hot/cold cover. We explained how this could easily be rectified and gave instructions on how to do so. We also advised that the screw could come loose in the future, so it was a good idea to know how to tighten the screw. At no point did we say you would have to pay to return the tap to us. What we did advise was it was going to be more convenient and less fuss for you to simply tighten the screw. You originally sent an email to report the problem, and within 10 minutes, one of our Technical team members called you to discuss the problem and the fastest method to resolve the issue. I believe this was exceptional service and something which proves we place priority to all our customers and any problems that occur.

“A gorgeous looking sink that fits beautifully in our new kitchen. Italian design and manufacture at a great price. Delivery was swift and the packaging secure. I was given more than sufficient time to inspect the sink and was extremely happy with what I found. The requested hole cutting was very well done with no flash or marks on the unit. Having used the sink for a while now I can say that in the first place fitting was simplicity itself and was nice and solid when secured. Secondly it is great to have such a deep and spacious sink in the kitchen, it has made the chores a real delight. Cleaning is a breeze and keeps looking fantastic. Many many thanks”
