“I have spoken to sinks and taps customer service team with a couple of queries after purchasing a sink. The people I spoke to were really helpful and the technical department rang me back to offer advice and solutions. Much appreciated. Dear Mrs Hamilton-Gow We immediately responded to your email with details of the Service department. They would be able to resolve any issue quickly and efficiently. However, they would need more details than just the tap is faulty. It could be that due to the new installation, debris is stuck in the valve.

Dear Paul Unfortunately you placed your order and put your work address as the delivery address. DPD attempted to deliver 3 times and no one was available. They attempted delivery around 7pm which is not unusual as most customers would be happy with a delivery arriving after they had arrived home from work. They also sent you a failed delivery text after every attempt giving you the option to alter the delivery details but unfortunately you missed these texts. Eventually the parcel was returned to us. Although we appreciate you were not happy having to pay to send the parcel back to you, it was only a fraction of the cost we were charged by DPD.

“Ordered a ceramic kitchen sink together with various accessories needed to successfully install it in my laundry room. The sink came in perfect condition, solidly packaged on a pallet with the accessories included inside the main package to ensure nothing became lost in transit. Despatched and delivered quickly with tracking provided.”

“I was so hooked on an aged brass tap from Perrin and Rowe for my new kitchen and I found Sinks-Taps.com by accident. Not only did it offer the best price on-line, but also the salesman I spoke to was very knowledgeable and patient. He reassured me that the dimension and the configuration of the tap would fit well into my new sink. These taps were delivered in two days, beautifully packaged in pristine condition. I was so satisfied with their service that I bought another brass tap for my utility room. Thank you for your service!”

“Bought a sink and a tap. Both arrived undamaged on a pallet. There was a big sign that said the driver should wait while I inspected the goods but, in the short time it took to read the sign, the driver and her lorry were gone. I attempted a couple of times to call the number on the big sign but there was never any reply. So, ordering was easy, goods were great, delivery process slightly comical and I'm left with a pallet to dispose of.”
