Believe me, you do not want to know what our opinion is of the service we had from your concern. This sink was totally wrong - in the picture online it appeared very different to what arrived. It looked light, clean, sharp and modern in the picture - it was rediculously heavy, cumbersome, old-fashioned, it needed a cradle or it would have crashed through the unit, just completely wrong. We called to return - only to be told we were out of time - some three weeks I think. So we are stuck - literally - with a white elephant - £360 down the drain if you'll forgive the pun - because, quite frankly - nobody wants it, even at half price. I will not be dealing with your concern ever again, no help, no empathy, and it wasn't cheap - we'd have accepted an exchange. I'm afraid if anyone were to ask if I'd recommend my answer would be a resounding 'NO!'.

Hi Anna. Sorry you felt we have in some way let you down. I have checked the sink on our website and when you click on enlarge image it does show a very clear image of the sink fitted and unfitted which I believe is very clear. Our product listing also gives almost every dimension including the overall dimensions, each bowl size, the cut-out dimensions, the bowl depths, the thickness of the sink and even the actual weight (which is 39 kgs). As you have stated the sink does need a cradle underneath - this is standard practice for an undermount ceramic sink that weighs almost 40kgs. Maybe your fitter didn't explain this would be the case before fitting? We do look after customers and take customer service very seriously. We do display our telephone number very clearly on the website and we always have technical staff on hand to discuss any technical issues prior to purchase.

Good selection of taps at sensible prices. Once ordered, delivery was prompt and goods were new, as described, and once installed operated perfectly. The tap purchased had the option of a swivel nozzle as an extra and would recommend as it allows you to swill all around the sink.

I ordered a SinkErator ISE55 as part of the refurbishment of our kitchen, and the scheduling was quite tight. When unpacked on a Friday the plastic connecting trap had been broken in transit. I tried several times to contact the company by telephone, but there was no answer and it seemed evident that no one would be in the office till after the weekend. I then ordered a replacement part from a company that services SinkErators. They were very responsive and it arrived on the Monday, of course at my expense. I accept that parts can be damaged in transit, but I will not order again from a company that neither packs items well nor provides service at a reasonable standard.

Hi Keith. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately had we not processed your order so quickly and delivered it within 24 hrs we would have had staff available to take your call. As we delivered it so quickly, we only have cover on a weekend on our LIVE CHAT feature. If you had contacted us through live chat on either the Saturday or Sunday we would have been able to arrange the replacement parts free of charge. We pack items as carefully as possible but a very small number of items do get damaged. We also have thousand of customers who do say we offer much more than a reasonable service, in fact we score higher than John Lewis on reviews.co.uk for customer satisfaction. However, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused and we are looking at ways of making the fact we can be contacted by LIVE CHAT a little more obvious.

Having had a terrible experience with Bristan taps (spent more having them repaired than they cost) we decided to try yours. This was fine until we discovered that there was a grub screw missing from one of the tap levers. Your taps work well except that one of the levers is slightly wobbly. Perhaps there's no such thing as a perfect tap!

We bought an insinkerator evolution 200 and are very pleased with it. For some reason a couple of key fixing components were missing (not from the separate fixing / plumbing kit but from the main insinkerator box). However, sinks-taps replaced it promptly without question and removed the old. This minor glitch (which actually gives the full marks to sinks-taps for customer service) does not affect our full satisfaction both for the product and for sinks-taps.
