Hi Hilary. According to our records an email was sent from the manufacturers stating you didn't need a missing screw for the overflow as the overflow plate has a thread attached to the back of it already! Obviously if this is different to what you have, then please call us on 01759 307262.

“We were not sure if the tap that we ordered would fit the space available (it was a 3-way tap that required the cold lever to pivot backward as well as forward and we had limited space because of the wall behind the tap). Sinks Taps were reassuring and helpful, providing the name an telephone number of the technical expert at the Tap manufacturer (who was able to reassure us that we would have sufficient flow rate for the drinking water given the angle of pivot that we could achieve). This level of assistance is unusual from online retailers and marks out Sinks-Taps as special.”

“Needed a direct replacement of a round wire sink bowl basket in white after 2 years use of the original purchase which was a full stainless steel and drainer kit. Couldn't find a similar basket on the internet so decided to contact Sinks-Taps.com and within minutes on the phone the exact same item was ordered paid for and in the post the same day. Great service.”

“The tap we got for our kitchen was good but the quality of the sink was not as good, it was a very thin steel and we had no choice but to fit it as the granite fitters were booked in. Make sure you choose a high grade steel.”

Hi Kathleen. Thanks for the review. We have double checked the sink you purchased and it was high grade 18/10 steel and 0.8mm. This is quite a good specification and also the main bowl is also coated with an insulation material making it even thicker than most. Undermounted sinks do look and feel a little flimsy before they are fitted but we can assure you the product you have is very good quality and is backed by a manufacturers Lifetime Warranty.
