“We ordered Franke replacement black tap handles, which arrived quickly and well packed. However, they do not line up; one handle turns much further back than the other, despite trying several times to reposition it. As we only just fitted them after having had them for several weeks, I thought it would be too late to complain.”

“the buying process was fine and efficient,however the strainer in the sink broke after 3 months,in fairness I didn't contact the company as I was,nt sure where I had bought it from at the time”

“Friendly and helpful when I called for advice. Wasnt sure if i would like th product whan delivered and had the chance to view it and return starightaway at no extra cost if unhappy. This was possible because they used their own transport not a courier, i seem to recall? As it happens I loved ther item. I would definitely recommend to others.”
