“The ordering process was very easy and efficient. The sink was delivered the next day which I was impressed with and the item was as advertised and in excellent condition, no damage at all. So far so good -but- when our plumber came to install the sink he found that we had been sent the incorrect overflow fitting. I phoned Sink-taps who gave me the number of the Franke firm and they forwarded the correct overflow fitting to me. Fortunately the plumber had to return on the Monday or that may have meant an extra cost if he had to return just to fit the overflow. I failed to have an answer from Sink-taps to my e-mail informing them of their error, something to do with spam mail apparently! Spam mail from a customer?”

“The mixer tap I bought is ok BUT the thing tastes the water causing a strong disinfectant (TCP) like taste which only goes after the tap has been run for several seconds. (that's such a waste of water) The taste is generated by the neoprene tap washer.”

“We are so happy with our Franke combination tap which has a boiling water tap and hot and cold water. Its brilliant and we love that it comes in one tap. An excellent tap and great value for money. The boiling water does spit a bit but you get used to it and boiling water is bubbling hot so it makes sense that it does this. The water tank/reservoir is very compact and we haven't lost any space under our sink as this is stored under the plinth.”

“When I got the sink there was a dent in the spout, I contacted the company and within 48 hours I had a new spout to replace the dented one.”

“the tap was sold as being fitted with an aerator, when the tap arrived it did not have an aerator and the jet of water was far too fierce, the company refused to take back the tap, and insisted the aerator was fitted further up the neck of the tap (obviously not understanding the concept of how an aerator works) but interestingly removed the word aerator from the description. I would not buy anything from this company again, very poor”

“The service was extremely good having ordered my new sink unit, within hours I received a text to my mobile phone stating day and time of expected deliverey. The next day the item arrived at the stated time. So impressed with such rare good service in this day and age, I have told many of my friends about this. More companies should follow this example.”
