“Very happy with the service, products and pricing. They made it clear when and how delivery would be made and to check the condition of the items while the driver waited, the driver was allocated 15 minutes for this so no real excuses to not check the condition of the delivery.”

“I ordered a sink and tap package from SINKS-TAPS.COM and their customer service was great. Due to an urgent delivery request they were able to help support separate shipment of the products from different places to ensure they arrived on time. I would certainly use them again.”

“On receiving our tap we found that the cases for the hose part wasn't sealed properly. We telephoned customer services and were put through to the technical department!! Why, not sure. We were then asked to send photos, which we did. We are still waiting for someone to get back to us!!! nearly £300.00 might not be a lot to you but it is to us. Such a shocking service”

Hi Stephen. I'm really sorry about this delay. Our Technical team needed the information from you to decide what action needed to be taken. The request was then passed to Customer Services to arrange a replacement tap. You should have received an email confirming this was all being dealt with and the new tap would be on its way soon. If there was an issue with the stock availability, this would have caused the delay in you receiving the new tap. Again, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. We have chased the depot this morning and someone will email you as soon as possible to provide an update.

“Found this Tap in a kitchen suppliers, looked online and found it at a far better price from Sinks-Taps. An easy online purchase, quick delivery and great quality. A lovely-looking tap and can feel the quality when in use. I would certainly use Sinks-Taps again.”

“I'm absolutely thrilled with this service. I called a couple of times for advice and to check stock levels for a new sink (everywhere else I tried had sold out) and they were always very helpful and the information they gave was accurate. I've received the sink a week later in great condition and was clear communication through out the delivery process. I wasn't sure what to expect with all of the disruption and delays going on just now but so pleased with this process from start to finish. Thank you very much! :)”

“I purchased an item through SINKS-TAPS.com and I found the process to be easy and straight-forward. I did have a small problem with the item that I bought, out of no fault from SINKS-TAPS, and while they tried their best to resolve the issue, I did find it minorly annoying that I had to chase for updates. They did sort my problem out though and they got me refunded straight away. I'd use them again no worries.”
