“Bought a set of Perrin & Rowe Mayan sink taps, they are superb quality (the P& R packaging is impressive ) The period styling looks great over a Belfast sink. After doing online comparisons , this firm was selling at the best price. They arrived in quick time. Very pleased with my purchase”

“Website said tap was in stock..when it actually wasn't..then said it would be in next couple of days and it wasn't. I don't mind things being late as long as it says so on the website.”

“Ordered a tap 5th August with expected delivery of 8th. Now the 13th and no delivery. Phones are not manned & no response to 2 emails. Appalling customer service. I want to cancel the order but can't see how I can even do that.”

“Both taps sent by the manufacturer are faulty. This is however no reflection on sink-taps. I understand Richard is working hard to resolve this. I am hopeful this issue will be fully resolved. I will again (hopefully) re-edit to ***** :) which will reflect this.”
