“The customer service was very good - there was a fault with my tap and they replaced it without any hassle and very quickly.”

“Transaction was straight forward. Delivery service was not great. Extreme weather was understandable in good up but delivery went back to local depot to sit there for a day missing the rearranged delivery slot. Not ideal when a plumber is booked.”

Hi Chris Thank you for your review and feedback. We really had some major issues due to the extreme weather and the couriers did struggle in some heavily effected areas to get parcels delivered on time. “Items arrived as predicted. Sink and tap of good quality. All looks good. Should have bought waste system at same time though as uk fitments had trouble with connections. Tap dribbles after being switched off but not a big issue.”
