“The taps are beautiful in my new kitchen and I am quite satisfied with them. I was informed that the delivery would be delayed by one week because on inspection before being expedited one was found to be damaged. Although there was a delay because of this, I appreciated that they did in fact get inspected before despatch and then arrived perfectly as returning them from Italy would have been complicated and created real delays if received broken.”

“The sink itself was great, what was very disappointing was the difficulty in trying to get it delivered. A failed delivery and then a denial that there had been any agreement to deliver or indeed any phone calls to confirm this really did not cover Sink-Taps in glory - despite me having evidence on my phone that the calls had taken place.”

“Sink-Taps go above and beyond to deliver fantastic products and customer service. The team are friendly, really helpful and in my case i had broken a granite sink late on a Friday afternoon and the team looked at every opportunity to get me a replacement overnight including having one of their drivers personally drive to the south coast to deliver it. Absolutely amazing service at a great price.”

“I was not sure which tap I needed because of very low water pressure. Staff were very helpful and I have an excellent new sink and tap. Looks good in the kitchen and performs very well. A very good firm to deal with. Will recommend it to family who are refitting their kitchen.”
