“Good website, product delivered in adequate packaging to ensure product reached us in good condition. Will use again. Ability to choose sink based on kitchen cabinet size is a great feature I couldn't find on other sites.”

“sink looks really nice, not fitted in yet.pity I didn't get my notification till 10.o clock on the night. no phone call on the next day, delivered at 7.45 a m. lucky my wife was in ,can.t expect a 72 year old woman to lug a massive box and check it at the time of delivery though.having said that,it was a quick delivery.”

“Superb! Simple to use, informative website followed by simple to use checkout. Telephoned company to seek advice regarding my needs, individual I spoke to was clear, concise, keen to help, knowledgeable and professional throughout the call. Once order was placed, confirmation email arrived plus a link to facilitate tracking of my order. Item arrived well packaged, undamaged, exactly as described and of superb quality. “Good value but slow to dispatch, but at least they use a good courier. After having no information after placing orders I contacted to try find out when I could expect delivery but was not helpful. I was told from 3 to 5 days which I already knew. Will use again but keeping customers informed needs improvement.”

“I bought a tap 4 months ago but due to delay with builders the plumber couldn’t fit it until last week. Unfortunately when we opened the box there was a small part missing. Called them & explained & with no fuss at all the replacement part was delivered the next day - FANTASTIC. GREAT SERVICE”
