“I hadn't realised that I had chosen an unsuitable tap for my butler sink but due to the expert advice from your customer service girl I bought a really good mixer tap of excellent quality. I'm really pleased with the service and advice that I was given.”

“Oh dear, quite a lot of time has gone by since my purchase of a Sink Erator - waste disposal - and my memory is not good. But I do recall that the individual I spoke tp was knowledgable and helpful, the price was good, and it arrived very quickly indeed. In fact, I believe the next day. An excellent response. “WHAT CAN ONE SAY? SINKS & TAPS ARE HARDLY THE MOST SEXY ITEMS IN THE WORLD . HOWEVER , IF YOU DO NEED THESE THNGS YOU CAN DO NO BETTER THAN THIS COMPANY. THEIR PRICES ARE COMPETATIVE , & THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. EXCELLENT SERVICE.”

“Ordered A Vanity unit & paid on line. then received e-mail to say it would be 4-6 weeks wait . ok,I wasn't to worried about that. "at least they let me know & gave me the option of another item if I should so wish". Vanity unit turned up minus sink that was supposed to be with it. Well the very nice driver of the delivery company made a phone call and it turned up a week later explained to his company that the delivery was short of the main ingredient. Again not really a problem as the the people at sinks and taps were very helpful all the way during this process. Thanks, Neil Piper”
