“You tell these guys that you do not wish to purchase the extra plumbing parts as you can get them cheaper. They charge you for it and send it, when you ? It they say you requested. Rip off..... To sell add on's. when challenged and requested refund no communication cost me £20 extra got pipe that you can buy from b&q for £3”

“Very helpful on the phone and accurate on stock levels - which many other suppliers were not! Delivered quickly and in perfect condition. The tap is great - a real quality item too. Both have made a real improvement to my kitchen”

“Local supplier was unable to supply these taps for 3 weeks, went online found sink-taps. Found the tap we required, was delivered next day, and fitted by husband all within 24hrs of ordering. What a fantastic service,wish we had discovered you earlier.”
