“Took money straight away but had to wait 8 weeks for tap to be delivered Never called to inform me or email, had to phone myself to enquire where it was Told delay at manufactures Customer service very poor in my opinion”

“Very helpful gentleman who supplied our sink. Would have been really useful if you had more displays for all products. Also, I noticed there was an offer of a cleaner paste with purchase – this wasn't mentioned at all.”

“Great service, kept informed of the orders progress. Delivery was arranged at a time to suit me. The sink and taps were very well packed in plenty of bubble wrap between their box and the outer box. Really satisfied with the all round service and user friendly website, would recommend to others.”

“I ordered an Abode kitchen dual flow kitchen tap & accessories. Package received within 3 working days as promised - packaging excellent. Technical drawings of the product on the website were very good - gave all the dimensions I required to confirm that the tap would fit my existing sink. Excellent 'Water Pressure Guide' on website. Overall I'm very impressed with the service provided by the company.”

“Had to leave a review just based on the incredibly helpful and patient assistance from Claire while trying to source a rinse sink and taps - not your normal requirement. She went through quite a few options, offered advice and was just bang-on what I needed. Brilliant.”
