“Very easy to get to the right person who could give advice on the products suitability. When there were problems with the delivery caused by the delivery company, Lucy sorted it out very quickly and the delivery was made on the intended day. Overall a very pleasant company to deal with with great people and good prices!”

“Fantastic service from Sink-Taps.com. I spoke to them via their online chat on the Wednesday evening before Easter weekend. I needed a sink quickly but I wasn't able to collect myself before their closing time on the Thursday, and due to the Easter break had I ordered for next day delivery at that time of night delivery would have been Tuesday. When I explained this to the chap on the online chat he offered to arrange to have someone take the sink home with them and then meet me with it on Good Friday. What a great service from these guys, and the product, a Bluci sink, is good quality. Vary happy with the service and the sink and would certainly use Sink-Taps.com again.”

“Fairly easy to order on their site, but I didn't notice that I'd not followed all the check boxes correctly, and so delivery was going to be on the wrong day, albeit free. They couldn't have been more helpful in changing it, all done on the 'phone without any of the usual hidden 'phone numbers stuff.”
